About Us

Our core belief is that an injury is not just the mere external manifestations of its symptoms, but a complex dynamic process of imbalances within the whole being. In order to achieve long lasting results we need to identify and professionally address the issues surrounding the injury, such as incorrect biomechanics, poor nutrition, lack of motivation, recurring injury patterns, using specialists in that particular field.
The clinic has been designed with the client’s comfort in mind.  Each treatment room is modern, light, spacious and with a calming, relaxing atmosphere, providing a sanctuary from the stresses of everyday life. We do also offer treatments in the home, workplace and at events.

Our premises are located within the Exmouth Chiropractic Clinic and Exe Pilates.

How does our approach differ?

  • We are fully committed to massage therapy and its progression, undertaking continous training to improve our skills and practise the most up to date techniques to provide a very specialised and skilled  treatment.
  • Our practitioners are specialist in their field and the best practitioners in the area having worked with high profile clients or having had extensive experience within MOD and or NHS.
  • We are a multidisciplinary team working together to ensure that all of the issues surrounding an injury are identified and then addressed by combining our skills to form integrated treatment plans.
  • We regularly hold  meetings to discuss cases within the team to ensure a more comprehensive view of treatment plans.
  • We work in conjunction with Exmouth Chiropractic Clinic, which enables our clients to benefit from direct referral to the Chiropractors and to a very specialised Spinal Rehabilitation Suite offering individual rehabilitation programmes, using state of the art equipment.
  • We also work in conjunction with Exe Pilates which runs Pilates courses and classes  focusing on building and strengthening your body's core (back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) dramatically improving posture and general wellbeing.
